Safsafu has a 14 days return policy.
To return or exchange items, you must request a return authorization by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive your request we will issue and send you a pre-paid shipping label to send any items back to us.
Returning your purchase instructions:
-Contact us at email@example.com to request a return authorization.
-We will send you by email a pre-paid shipping label and shipping documents that you will have to print.
-Place the item(s) in the original packaging and into a solid carton box.
-Place the return information label and pre-paid return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
The Safsafu online boutique does not offer exchanges. Consequently, all returns are refunded, refunds are made onto the same card that was used for the original purchase.
If you wish to change the size or the model, we invite you place a new order.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Safsafu covers all return fees so long as the return policy is respected.
So long as the returned products are returned in their original condition without any wear or damage, we will refund the price of the returned product(s), minus the shipping fees.
Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
Please allow 10-15 days from reception of the return to receive a refund.
-Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them.
-Handbags or jewlery pieces should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
-Please place the handles inside the handbag and pack it carefully to avoid damages during the return shipping.
-Please make sure to return the items into a solid carton box to not damage the original packaging as this is considered part of the product.
- As we offer you a free return service we strongly advise that items are returned through Safsafu return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
-When using your preferred return transport we will not make a full refund in the event of damage, theft or loss during delivery.
